Privacy notice

This notice explains how iNdex Tech Solutions ("iNdex Tech", "we") handles personal information collected through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Our products have their own privacy notices inside each application.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, company, email, phone number and message.
• iNdex POS sign-up: business and owner details you enter. These are sent directly to the iNdex POS platform to create your account.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to prevent spam and abuse of our forms. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to provide a quotation or demo, to create and run your iNdex POS account, and to keep our website secure. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example email and hosting providers) and only as needed, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for our business records. Spam-prevention data is deleted within an hour.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing. Contact our information officer at privacy@indextech.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
