iNdex Tech Solutions is an African technology company based in Cape Town. We design, build and run our own products — iNdex POS and Times for business, Mkhaya and PrePurchase for mobility and local commerce, Genius Sync and iNdex Bursary for education, SMS for stokvels, and iNdex.ai and Mediator for AI and developers — and we build custom software, mobile apps, websites and hardware integrations for clients.

Our work doesn't stop at the screen. We connect software to the devices it depends on: GPS trackers streaming over MQTT, Bluetooth receipt printers and cash drawers, barcode scanners, and phones or PCs that act as local servers when the internet is down.

Our products started from a simple observation: most business software assumes perfect power, fast internet and expensive devices. Shops, schools, societies and field teams across the region don't have that luxury. So we build systems that save offline and sync later, run on everyday Android phones, and talk to customers on WhatsApp.

We work in modern .NET, Blazor and cloud-native architecture, and we apply practical AI — forecasting, scoring, document reading and assistants — where it genuinely saves time or money.
