Do my staff need another softphone app?
No. Everything happens in the iNdex Voice app on Android or the iNdex Voice web app.
Do calls use airtime?
No. Calls use your internet connection — mobile data or Wi-Fi.
Can I keep my existing business number?
In many cases, yes. We guide you through moving (porting) it from your current provider.
Is there an iPhone app?
Android is first. An iPhone app is on our roadmap; any modern computer browser can use the web app today.
Can I call emergency services with iNdex Voice?
Not at this time. Always use your mobile network or a landline for emergency numbers such as 10111 or 112.
